✅ 15-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligible for Return

Product is unused and in original condition.

All tags, accessories, and original packaging are intact.

Valid proof of purchase/order ID is provided.

Return Not Accepted If

Product has been used, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer.

Original tags or packaging are missing.

Return request is made after 15 days of delivery.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order ID

Clear photos or an unboxing video

A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.

The refund is credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are transferred to your bank account.

Exchange

We currently offer replacement for damaged or incorrect items. Exchanges for color or personal preference may not be available.
